A new YouGov poll reveals that nearly half of British voters believe Sir Keir Starmer and his government are mishandling the current riots.

Released last night, the survey of over 2,000 UK adults shows that a striking 49 percent of voters think the new Prime Minister is performing poorly. In contrast, only 31 percent believe he is doing well. Furthermore, six in ten participants sympathise with the peaceful protests.
Almost half of Conservative voters hold Starmer personally responsible for the riots, a sentiment shared by 79 percent of Reform UK voters and 12 percent of Labour supporters.
This troubling poll for the government emerges amid accusations of two-tier policing and alleged cover-ups of Muslim-majority gangs rioting, as well as attacking people in the streets in Birmingham, Middlesbrough and elsewhere, with some reportedly in comas.
